Terms and Conditions – Môr Health
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Môr Health.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Appointments
Appointments must be booked online via our booking system.
All appointments are subject to availability.
You are responsible for selecting the appropriate appointment type. If you are unsure, we recommend booking a longer appointment.
Fees and Payment
All appointments must be paid for in advance at the time of booking.
Prices are clearly displayed at the time of booking and on our website.
Some services may incur additional charges, including:
blood test fee and laboratory costs
ECG
joint injections
These will always be discussed with you and agreed before proceeding.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to change your appointment and more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, you must cancel and rebook your appointment using your booking link.
Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Missed appointments (non-attendance) are non-refundable.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or may need to be rearranged.
Where an appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, it may be treated as a missed appointment.
Clinical Care
Môr Health provides private GP services.
All clinical decisions, including prescriptions, investigations, and referrals, are made at the discretion of the clinician based on clinical judgement and patient safety.
We do not guarantee that specific treatments, prescriptions, or referrals will be provided.
Prescriptions
Private prescriptions are included within the consultation where clinically appropriate.
Medication costs are paid separately at the pharmacy.
Investigations and Procedures
Investigations and procedures are only carried out where clinically appropriate.
All risks, benefits, and costs will be explained in advance, and your consent will be obtained before proceeding.
Emergency Care
Môr Health is not an emergency service.
If you have a medical emergency, you should call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department.
Patient Responsibilities
You agree to:
provide accurate and complete information
bring valid photo ID to your first appointment
attend appointments on time
treat staff and other patients with respect
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in refusal of service.
Limitation of Service
Môr Health reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where appropriate, including where:
a service requested is not clinically appropriate
patient behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe
there is a breakdown in the doctor–patient relationship

Complaints are handled in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
